The course is rated at par 70 with a CCR of 69.9 There are 54 bunkers on the course, most placed in the most challenging position, which demands careful club selection for shots to the green.
The club is at present investigating a redevelopment program, which will change the layout to a par 72, and further enhance the club’s views of the neighbouring wetlands.
The course is generally presented in a most attractive manner with well-manicured greens and bunkers. Approaches to several greens are equal to, if not better than, many top courses in the metropolitan area. With clean contoured approaches and undulations, making it a challenge for the thinking golfer. Fairways are kept trim, whilst the rough is open and very accessible.
